Rooms and infrastructure
The seminar rooms and lecture halls at Bielefeld University are technically well equipped. You will find a link in the program plan that will give you information about your room as well as your room number.
Please bring your own notebook. During your event, a student assistant will of course be available for questions/technical assistance. Please bring the usual adapters yourself, these are usually not available.

Hybrid formats (meaning digital attendance) are not recommended and technical support cannot be guaranteed by the congress office. Organizing a panel in a hybrid-format happens therefore at your own risk. A live-stream of your panel for an external audience is not allowed.

Organisation of your panel
The content of your event is up to you. We would like to recommend that you design the event in such a way that all the contributions you have planned can be taken into account within the time frame (2h 45min). Previous congresses have shown that visitors switch between events. When designing the programme, we try to avoid that this also affects your speakers.

You will probably receive detailed information on the programme and the rooms allocated to you in June 2022.
